Risk Radar is a South Florida real estate due diligence and transaction intelligence service. Before you put money or a contract on a property, we pull and document what the public record and available data actually show — the title chain, recorded liens and encumbrances, municipal and code items, and the parties connected to the deal. You get documented observations you can act on, delivered fast.

A title company issues title commitments and title insurance and works a file toward closing — that’s a regulated product backed by an underwriter. Risk Radar is informational due diligence. We surface and document observable red flags early and affordably, so you can decide whether a deal is worth pursuing, or worth paying for full title work and a closing. We’re designed to run before and alongside the title process, not to replace it.

• Snapshot ($97) — a fast, high-level read on a single property to help you triage a deal quickly.
• Clearance ($167) — a deeper look at the items that would typically need attention before a clean transfer.
• Full Exposure ($247) — our most comprehensive review, for deals where you want the fullest picture of documented risk.
All three are available à la carte.
Membership plans are available.

We work with the people who carry the most risk earliest in a deal: wholesalers, fix-and-flip investors, real estate agents and brokerages, and lenders. If you’re making fast decisions on distressed, REO, foreclosure, estate, or probate properties, Risk Radar is built for you.
